With its clear design language, high-quality materials, and effortless integration into technical rooms, PIONIERKRAFTwerk 3.0 sets a new standard.

Munich, April 8, 2025 – The PIONIERKRAFTwerk 3.0 has been recognized for its innovative design and outstanding functionality as one of the winners of the iF DESIGN AWARD 2025. This energy-sharing unit for multi-family buildings combines technical efficiency with a clean, minimalist aesthetic that blends seamlessly into any setting.

Competing against nearly 11,000 submissions from 66 countries, the thoughtfully engineered energy-sharing system stood out and impressed the international jury. Designed by Pong Design, the unit’s compact, curved form and subtle color palette give it a modern, almost floating appearance when wall-mounted.

Beyond its visual appeal, PIONIERKRAFTwerk 3.0 stands out for its simple installation, intuitive operation, and seamless facilitation of shared solar energy usage in apartment buildings — more straightforward than ever before. In addition, PIONIERKRAFT sets new benchmarks for sustainable technologies with its resource-efficient manufacturing and environmentally friendly energy utilization.

“PIONIERKRAFTwerk 3.0 combines sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and aesthetics. Our solution proves that technology can be both powerful and visually appealing, while remaining easy to install,”
says Andreas Eberhardt, CEO of PIONIERKRAFT.

With this award, PIONIERKRAFTwerk 3.0 joins the ranks of the world’s top design innovations and proves that the energy transition can be both effective and stylish.
